2.0 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the www.mosmatic.co.uk , and your relationship with Jetwashdirect Ltd the website operator.
3.0 IMPORTANT. The purpose of this website is to retail Mosmatic products throughout the UK & Ireland to Industry and Business Customers.
3.1 Due to the nature of the products on offer at mosmatic.co.uk, it is unlikely that these products will be of interest to the general public. Therefore mosmatic.co.uk is a business to business website and consequently does not abide in full with the Sale Of Goods Act 1979 or distance selling regulations. This especially applies to the return of non faulty goods.
3.2 If you are purchasing goods from this website for your own usage, it will be deemed that the intended usage of the goods are for business or commercial purposes, whether or not this is the intended purpose.
4.0 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this Site. The change of Terms and Conditions shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase using the Site.
Goods Suitability
5.0 It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct goods and correct model are ordered for your purpose. We cannot be held responsible if your chosen product is not suitable for your intended purpose.
Remember once a product is used, it cannot be re-sold as a new product and therefore, cannot be accepted back for a refund. Goods imported on request cannot be returned for refund in any circumstances unless faulty. In some circumstances, the capability we specify / advertise may not match that of the manufacturers published specifications. This is often due to international specifications listed within any packaging and user guide / manuals supplied which may not apply to your particular product, either due to product development or colour variations.
Guarantee:
6.0 All Mosmatic products carry a 12 Month Back To Base Guarantee against manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise. The guarantee does not cover parts, ( such as seals, ball bearings etc ) that are subject to normal wear and tear. Other item not cover are HP Guns, Hoses, and any item that can be damaged when used. The guarantee shall become void if any repair is attempted by the purchaser or any third party. This applies to swivels that have been opened or dismantled by the user or unauthorised person. Items used for hire or loan are not guaranteed. Where a product fails and the reason for failure cannot be agreed, the product will be returned to Mosmatic in Switzerland where a final decision will be taken. In all cases, the manufacturers decision is final.
Refunds
As mentioned above, this site is a business to business eCommerce website therefore refunds would not normally be given.
If it was decided that a refund was appropriate, a 20% re-stocking fee would be charged and deducted from the refund value. Also all shipping fee's would not be eligible for refund
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for goods requiring repair under the manufacturers warranty. Exported items require all shipping charges to be paid by the customer ( Forward & Return ).
Prices
7.0 Our prices are stated in Pounds Sterling only, and are inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT").
8.0 We reserve the right to make changes to mosmatic.co.uk and to details of Products without notice and with no liability on our part. All Products are subject to availability.
8.1 Please note that the images we use in this site are representations only, and should not be taken to be an accurate depiction of any particular product although we have tried to be accurate with the images we display.
Ordering
9.0 We accept your order at the point of dispatch or at the time of importation for products not in stock. It is only at this point that a contract of sale shall exist between us and you.
10.0. Price Correction
10.1 We will try to ensure that all prices on mosmatic.co.uk are accurate. If any pricing errors come to our attention, by whatever means, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and we will give you the option to reconfirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the Order will be treated as cancelled. If the Order is cancelled, for whatever reason, a full refund will be made.
11.0 Payment
11.1 Payment can be made by any method specified in the Payment section of Mosmatic.co.uk. Payment details through the website are fully encrypted through the Protx payment system. Protx is a third party payment provides who do not share your card details with mosmatic.co.uk.
12.0. Delivery SEE DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS .
12.1 Delivery charges are specified in the Delivery & Postage section of Mosmatic.co.uk.
12.2 The cost of packing and delivery is shown prior to confirming your Order.
13.0 The risk in the Product shall pass to you on delivery or attempted delivery of the Product.
13.2 We aim to deliver all items in stock within 2-5 days.
Many items advertised on mosmatic.co.uk are not held on stock but imported as and when required. Goods imported from Mosmatic Of Switzerland will take approx 7 - 14 days before delivered. If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email and be given the choice as to cancel or continue with the order. Any item specifically imported on request of a customer, cannot be cancelled.
13.3 We may send your order in multiple packages. We will endeavour to advise you of this by email prior to dispatch.
13.4 All deliveries must be signed for. If we attempt delivery and nobody is available to sign for the package, you will be left a card by the courier and your parcel will be held for 5 working days before returning to mosmatic.co.uk
You may collect your package directly from the couriers premises or arrange to have the parcel delivered on another day.
If your parcel is not collected or delivered after two attempts, and no contact is made by you and the courier, the parcel will be returned. At this point extra shipping will be required to send your parcel again If you decide to cancel the order at this point, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value will be deducted from your payment method.

Returns Policy:
Prior to goods being returned, whether for repairs, replacement or refund - a 'Returns Authorisation number' must be issued. Items sent without a valid returns authorisation number, cannot be accepted and the item will be returned to the sender. This is to ensure that goods can be tracked accurately without loss or unnecessary delay.
Your carriage charges are not refundable and you should choose a suitably packed, insured and traceable carriage method.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of authorisation.
If an item is damaged upon arrival,( NOTIFICATION REQUIRED AND DELIVERY NOT SIGNED AS DAMAGED ) collection will be arranged and a subsequent replacement will be provided once the damaged item has been returned.
Export Orders:
Goods purchased for export cannot be returned for refund, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
It is your own responsibility to check that the goods purchased are compatible with the export destination country. Electrical power supply voltage and frequency will need to be considered , before purchasing.
